Welcome to a fresh Now. Quiet your mind, and let the flow through you.

Breathe in and smile
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts

You have the power to choose how you feel right now. Within you is the key to feeling good no matter what.

Breathe in and decide not to care.
Breathe out and say "I don't care!"

Allow the flow to come through you. Allow yourself to embrace interruptions, especially hair caught between your teeth, Allow yourself to be here now. Bring yourself back to this moment, here right now. You can focus. You can choose to feel good. You can choose to be here now. You can choose to smile. Because when you be it, you see it. Project the feeling you want to feel and it will be reflected in your experience.

Breathe out and relax

You can trust whatever's happening. You can trust that it's all working out. All of your wishes are coming true--have you noticed?

This is all for you. You have the ability to connect to your source at any time. You can go through your whole day feeling wonderful, no matter what happens. You have an infinite connection to your source, an infinite supply of energy and health and well being.

To every fearful or doubtful thought, there are a few things you can try. The most effective one I've found is saying, upon the thought crossing your mind, "Breathe in and say 'I don't give a fuck!' Breathe out and say 'I don't give a fuck!'"

Get into it. Get enthusiastic. The more you practice being unaffected by the punches reality throws at you, the easier it is to access that feeling and apply it in great swaths across your reality. All day every day, it's one of the few mantras I've found that doesn't get boring, because come on!

Who gives a fuck? I apologize to anyone who is disturbed by cursing, but I find it a lot more effective than, "I don't care." I prefer

Practice it, over and over, all day every day. And smile. And don't forget to breathe. And then you'll have the superpower known as "allowing" or "being at peace with what is" or "being here now."
