You can trust the process of life. You can trust that what's happening is happening for a reason. There's a time for what you're experiencing, and there's a time for the opposite.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and make peace with what is.

You can let your worries go. You can stop caring. You can listen to what the universe is saying. Life is trying to help you in every moment, giving you clues.

Breathe in and listen.
Breathe out and smile.

Let yourself breathe deeply. Let yourself be still. Allow the answers to come to you.

Breathe in and feel life rushing in.
Breathe out and feel yourself thriving.

Allow yourself to be at peace with what is. Allow yourself to embrace yourself the way you are. Say thank you to your body. Say thank you to your reality. Everything is perfect and in its place. You don't have to change a thing.

It just doesn't matter, and you don't have to care. You're connecting to the flow more and more. You're more present and conscious than you've ever been before. You don't have to take any action to evolve. You don't have to change yourself. You don't have to try. You're already awake. You can't rush this process. All you can do is enjoy this moment.

Breathe in and enjoy this moment.
Breathe out and let go of your worries so you can enjoy this moment.

This moment is all there is. Now is the only time that you can feel good. You can choose it right now.

Whatever it is! Whatever it is you're worried about. Whatever problem you wish would resolve itself, decide to let it go. Decide to feel good about it. Release your caring, your desire. Release the idea that you need this to happen to feel good.

You don't have to care. You don't have to let your mind control you.

Breathe in and be still!
Breathe out and trust the process. This is all part of the big picture.

It will all make sense eventually. It's not your job to make sense. It's not your job to figure it out or solve problems. Your job is to enjoy this moment, right now.
