Let yourself calm down. Allow yourself to let go of those worst-case scenarios. Allow yourself to let go of your worries and all of your fears.

Breathe in and be here now
Breathe out and be here now

There is no pain in the now. There is nothing to worry about in the now. When you're in the now, you can handle anything. There's nothing to worry about. Generally speaking in the Now, you're quite safe.

Breathe in and step into this moment
Breathe out and step into this moment

If you can take a step back from your thoughts, and see what you're thinking, you may notice that it's a bunch of worry or fear or trying to get stuff done, check off boxes. The mind takes everything and wants to turn it into a problem. When you're thinking, you're creating problems. Step back from your thoughts. To each thought say, "I've decided to feel good about that. It's working itself out." It's scary to let go of those thoughts, but just try to override your normal thinking with "I've decided to feel good about that it's working itself out."

Breathe in and know it's not serious
Breathe out and relax

Believe in the power of your mantras. Believe in the power of your mind. Believe in your ability to be present and still carefree, worry free. Trust that life is on your side and that life is working out for you. Trust that what is coming your way is a good thing bringing you what you wanted. You can't predict what's going to come out of this interaction. You can't predict what's going to happen next. But when you look back you can see how everything is perfectly related and connected. It's all a movie. It's all a song, a story, a play. It's a big play.

There is no pain in the now. If there's no pain in the now, there's nothing to fear.

Breathe in and be one with life.
Breathe out and let this be easy

Allow yourself to enjoy your life. Allow yourself to step back from your mind into the present moment, where everything is fun and there's nothing to worry about.

    Im not too sure how I came up on your videos, though it wasnt so long ago, but I really love your idea for everything happening for its reason and accept it or when something does happen, that some people would not see so positive, to tell yourself that Iv decided to feel good about it. though I feel somewhat as I relate to this since I was alot younger. maybe thats what I liked so much about it! haha :D
