Breathe in and have patience with yourself
Breathe out and have patience with this moment

We tend to get caught up in our thoughts that make us feel rushed, like "We have to get something done!" or these circumstances must change for us to be happy! You can choose happiness right now and then the circumstances arrange themselves to reflect your happiness.

Breathe in and become it!
Breathe out and then see it

You must become what you want to see what you want. You must be happy to see happy circumstances. You must be relaxed to see relaxed circumstances. You must be love to see love.

Breathe in and remember you're the creator.
Breathe out and let your body align.

Allow yourself to relax. Allow yourself to feel free. Allow yourself to be yourself.

Breathe in and lift yourself up!
Breathe out and make the choice right now to be the happiness you want to see.

It's a simple trick, a simple formula. It sounds harder than it is. How can I be happy if there's nothing to be happy about? That's the trick! Become happy first, and you'll see happiness reflected in your reality.

Breathe in and be your reason for feeling good.
Breathe out and be your reason for feeling happy.

You can allow yourself to feel happy just because you're alive. You can allow yourself to feel happy because you're breathing. You're breathing, you're here, you're alive, you've already won the prize! You've already achieved all there is to achieve! You're here! Every moment, every creation, everything ever made led up to this moment where you are. Your whole life, all of reality, all of history, has led up to you, here, now. You're the most important thing in the world! This moment is its own reward. If you can let yourself be your reason for feeling good, you can be your source of happiness. If you can be happy without seeing reasons to be happy, then the reasons will reflect to you.

Breathe in and choose to be happy first!
Breathe out and know it is within your power to choose how you feel.

You are the creator. You are transmitting the signal. You get to choose what signal you project, which means you get to choose what signal is reflected back to you. Choose happiness and see happiness. Choose love and see love.

Breathe in and know it's easy!
Breathe out and feel excited. You do have the key within you!

You already have the knowing within you. You're just remembering, you're just waking up.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and be here now.

Let life help you. You don't even have to feel the happiness right away. Just say "I've decided to feel good about that." or "I've decided to feel good about today." You don't even have to feel good really! Just make the choice. That's the one step in the direction of the flow you can take. I've decided to feel good about today, it's working itself out.
