There is only right now. Right now you can choose to breathe and relax and smile.

You can let this day be easy. You can let yourself embrace your power right now. You can allow yourself to feel magickal. You can allow yourself to feel good about yourself right now.

I've decided to feel good about that. I've decided to feel good about this right now. If you're going through your day, mildly anxious or irritated and it seems like you just don't even know what you want, but everything's rubbing you the wrong way. Just decide to breathe and feel good about that.

Breathe out and say "I've decided to feel good about this day."

You have to be your source of feeling good. You just choose to feel good and then your reality reflects it. You have to make the choice first.

I've decided to feel good about this day. I have a feeling of knowing that I can decide to feel good about this day. I've decided to feel good about what I'm doing. I've decided to feel good about the weather. I've decided to feel good about what I'm eating. I've decided to feel good about what I'm choosing. You can just choose the feeling first. You don't have to take any action or change your behavior. You don't have to change your circumstances. You don't have to change a thing. You can just choose to feel good about it.

Breathe out and relax

Allow yourself to connect to your source. Allow yourself to breathe long, deep breaths.

Breathe in and connect to your source.
Breathe out and let go of those thoughts you don't need.
