You can let it be easy. You can let go of your worries and your fears. You can trust the process of life. Whatever is happening right now is perfect for you.

Breathe in and lift yourself up.
Breathe out and smile!

Just relax. And breathe slowly and deeply.

You don't have to get involved. You can just let the answers come to you. You don't have to stress. You can just let it work out.

Breathe in and celebrate this day!

You're in the right place at the right time. There's nothing to worry about. You can let your thoughts go now. Everything is taken care of and everything will work itself out. You don't have to get involved.

Breathe in and say "I don't care!"
Breathe out and say "I love myself"

You can trust the process of life. Everything happens for a reason. It all makes sense in the big picture. Today decide to let go of your need to control. Today, just decide to go with the flow. Even if you don't know how, just make the choice. Today I will go with the flow. Today I will welcome interruptions. Today I will embrace my contrast. Today I will feel good regardless of my circumstances. Today I surrender.

Breathe in and be light
Breathe out and just relax.

You don't have to try. You don't have to make any effort. You can let what you want come to you.

Breathe in and make peace with what is.
Breathe out and be still.

If you want something, make peace with not having it. If you want things to go a certain way, move on with your life as if they're not going to. Find another way to feel good. If you really don't want to do something, make peace with doing it. Decide to make the best of it. If you can make peace with being without your desire, usually it will come. And when it comes you'll say, "Just when I was happy without it! I don't want it anymore, I'm happy enough without it!"

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and let go.

Just make peace with the way things are. Make the best of the way things are, and you'll find that the way things are, are the way you want. Life loves you and life is taking care of you and life wants to help you. Just decide to allow life to help you.

You're grounded, you're present, and you're at peace with what is. Now what you want has to come!
