Daily Meditation – You Are Magickal

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Let the flow through you. The flow of life is natural, unending bliss. You can choose to be part of the flow or you can resist it. When you feel irritation or sadness or anger, you're resisting the flow. You can choose to go along with the natural process of life right now and let go of all of your resistance.

Breathe in and lift yourself up.
Breathe out and surrender.

Just let go of those thoughts. When you notice yourself feeling irritated, try to let go.

Breathe in and know the truth.
Breathe out and let go of your resistance.

Be like water. Welcome interruptions. Welcome irritations. Let the flow help you handle it.

Breathe in and lighten up.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

You want so many things. You want things to go your way. You want people to leave you alone. You want people to give you attention. When you don't get what you want, you feel bad. Allow yourself to open up to the possibility that you're receiving what you wanted, right now. Just in a different form. Allow yourself to shift your perspective enough to see things in a different light. Allow yourself to open up, to lighten up. Allow yourself to change.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and let go.

Trust that it's working out for you. Trust that the thing that irritates you is helping you. Notice your mood when it dips. Acknowledge the way you feel and allow yourself to feel that way, but trust that it's a solution. There's a time to feel irritated so that there can be a time to feel at ease. When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. You are the creator. You get to choose.

Breathe in and feel magickal!
Breathe out and feel powerful.

At any time you can choose to live the magick life. Right now you can choose to embrace your circumstances and let the magick unfold.

Breathe in and empty your mind.
Breathe out and let the answers flow through you.

Let what you want come to you. You truly don't have to take any action, but you do have to let your desire go. Surrender to what is. Surrender to what bothers you. Let it teach you. Let it transform you.

Breathe in and be more conscious than ever before.
Breathe out and know you're doing everything right.

Just relax. You don't have to defend yourself. You don't have to explain yourself. You don't have to do anything. You are free. You don't have to feel a certain way. You don't have to feel bad. You get to make the choice and even if it's not instantaneous, even if you say "I feel good" but you don't really, just taking one step in the direction of being what you want to see, allows life to help you feel the way you want to feel.

Breathe in and take one step in the direction you want to go.
Breathe out and relax.

You can let this day be easy. You can let this day be fun. Bring your attention to center, right now. In every moment, be conscious of your breath. In every moment, lift yourself up. You have the power. You are so magickal. This day is unfolding exactly the way you wanted.
