Listen to the cues life is giving you. Listen to the flow. If you need answers, they're right in front of you.

Breathe in and lift yourself up.
Breathe out and relax.

Allow yourself to be in control of your vibration. Allow yourself to slow your mind. To let your thoughts go. To release your worries and fears. Allow yourself to feel good regardless of your circumstance.

It doesn't really matter what happens. In the big picture it's all one dance. We're all one. Everything that's going to happen has already happened. All possibilities exist. You can choose to switch to the reality you prefer right now.

Breathe in and decide the reality you prefer.
Breathe out and let yourself feel good about your reality.

In the reality you prefer, you are successful. You are accepted. You are loved. You are appreciated. In the reality you prefer, life is taking care of you. Life is helping you. Although you may not be living the life you expected, you are in the right place at the right time.

Breathe in and step away from this world.
Breathe out and connect to your source with in.

Your external world is just a reflection of your internal world. If there's something ou think you are lacking, you can give it to yourself within.

Breathe in and feel successful.
Breathe out and know you don't have to understand it all.

Let the flow through you. Let your thoughts go. Let the flow explain. Let yourself open up. Begin to feel for the depths inside of you. You are living such a big infinite mystery. Your mind will never understand it. But if you can step away from your mind, you can know the mystery.

Breathe in and let what you want come to you.
Breathe out and know you already have what you want.

Let the flow through you. Let your thoughts go. If you don't know the answer. If you don't know why. If you don't understand, that's ok! If you can step away from your mind, you can know the answer. It's already inside of you.

Breathe in and know there's something better coming your way.
