Life is taking care of you. Life is on your side. Life is sending you messages in every moment.

Breathe in and empty your mind.
Breathe out and decide to feel good about today.

Try using "I've decided to feel good about that" as your mantra today. Anytime you find yourself thinking about anything, say to yourself, "I've decided to feel good about that." And then let it go.

Breathe in and decide to feel good.
Breathe out and sit up straight.

Let your body align. Let the flow through you. Let the flow of life heal you and bring you joy and delight.

Breathe in and decide to feel good.
Breathe out and remember that it can be easy.

You don't have to resist. You don't have to feel bad. You don't have to DO anything. You can relax now. You can trust the process. You can trust the way you feel. You can let it come to you.

Breathe in and lift yourself up!
Breathe out and trust this moment.

Let the flow bring what you want to you. ANy time you notice yourself wanting something really badly, do your best to forget about the desire and let it go. Decide to feel as good as you would if you already had it, and move on. Acknowledge your desire and drop it, so life can bring it to you. If you keep your desire active, it can never come, because you keep projecting the signal of "I want this. I want this." Decide that you already have what you want. Decide to feel as if you already have what you want. Decide to act as if you have it right now.

Breathe in and congratulate yourself for how far you've come.
Breathe out and let this day be easy.

You can just decide to feel good about it. It'll work itself out. You don't have to get involved. No amount of effort or trying will bring what you want to you. Just let it come. It's already trying to get to you. Let it come.

You're in the right place at the right time. Everything is unfolding as it should. Trust the process of life.
