You get to choose. Decide right now that you feel good about yourself. Decide right now to let it be easy. Decide right now to let go of your thoughts, and just be here now. In the now, everything is fun and there's nothing to worry about.

What you want is trying to get to you right now. You can switch to the reality you prefer at any time. What is the reality you prefer?

Breathe out and remember all those things that make you feel good.

What is it you love? What is it that excites you? What is it that you're afraid of? Go towards those things.

Breathe in and pay attention.
Breathe out and listen to the messages from the universe.

Every single thing you notice, everything you see, everything that catches your eye, every sound you hear, every smell you smell--they're all messages from the universe trying to help you and guide you. In every moment, you are receiving guidance. Decide to connect with the present moment. Let yourself become one with this present moment. Let yourself enjoy the dream right now.
