Welcome to the best day of your life. Welcome to a fresh start. Welcome to where you are right now. Although it may seem like you're doing these fresh starts all the time--maybe something will stick this time--just remember, it all adds up! You are making progress. You are growing. You are changing. You are becoming.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and relax.

Let the flow come through you. Let yourself listen. Let go of your worries. Let go of your thoughts.

Breathe in and remember there's no pain in the now.
Breathe out and say "I love myself."

These are your tools for the day. So often we're trying to avoid pain. The pain caused by lack of pleasure, the pain caused by disappointment or unease, anxiety, physical pain like headaches. We're always looking to avoid pain. But the thing is, there's no pain in the Now. You can use "there is no pain in the now" as a mantra that works as a natural painkiller. Say to yourself over and over "There's no pain in the Now."

Breathe in and be pain free.
Breathe out and say "I love myself."

Sometimes the contrast gets so great that we're willing to try anything. That's when saying "I love myself" over and over can really help. Today, give gifts to yourself. Give yourself love and a painkiller.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and feel excited because you have a natural painkiller and you don't have to take drugs.

Life is working out for you. You already have everything you need inside of you. Each day you're getting better. Each day is more fun. Each day you know more. Each day you go higher. It all adds up. You are improving. You are growing. You are experiencing more and more joy.

Breathe in and think "there's no pain in the now."
Breathe out and say "I love myself."

Say it enough and you'll find yourself making up reasons why you love yourself. They'll just come to you! You can train your mind to think the way you want. You've been practicing. You've been doing such a great job.

Breathe in and feel peaceful.
Breathe out and relax.

It's all working out for you. You're learning how to ride the waves. You're learning how to be one with life. You're learning how to let the flow through you. You're REMEMBERING how to let the flow through you.

Breathe in and remember you already know!
Breathe out and find those answers inside of you.

Life is getting better and you are becoming more present. You're getting better and better at being your reason for feeling good.

Breathe in and congratulate yourself for how far you've come!
Breathe out and be pain free because there's no pain in the Now.
