Daily Meditation – Embrace Your Contrast and Shine

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Embrace the contrast. Every single time you experience a negative emotion or a negative thought, you can choose to observe it and embrace it.

Breathe in and embrace contrast.
Breathe out and relax.

Whenever you notice contrast, whenever you feel irritated, angry, mad at someone, try saying to yourself, "I've noticed that you're feeling angry. It's ok to feel angry." And leave it at that. You don't have to push away the things you don't like. When you accept them, they naturally move away from you with the flow.

Breathe in and know that your natural state is well being.
Breathe out and relax.

It's your time. It's your time to shine. This day was made for you. Sometimes it's hard to shine if you're focused on negative thoughts or you don't feel very well. But when you embrace contrast, you can always shine.

Breathe in and embrace contrast.
Breathe out and let yourself shine.

No matter how you feel, just keep checking in. "I've noticed you feel ok right now. That's ok." "I've noticed you're feeling irritated right now. That's ok. It's creating a time when you don't feel irritated." "I've noticed you feel sick. That's ok, it's creating a time when you feel well." Make it your goal to be curious about your contrast. Make it your goal to look at your contrast instead of letting it consume you.

Breathe in and know life is supposed to be fun.
Breathe out and trust that it can be fun even in moments of contrast.

Learning to ride the wave of DESIRE, CONTRAST because you don't have it, LETTING GO and making peace, then RECEIVING your desire--that wave, it'll keep going for the rest of your life! It's time to make peace with the part of the wave that feels hard. Then, when you can be at peace during the worst times, imagine how good you'll feel during the best times.

Breathe in and believe in yourself.
Breathe out and smile.

Let this day be easy. Let yourself notice your contrast, but don't get attached to it. You can just acknowledge it, and let it go.

Breathe in and let life take care of you.
Breathe out and feel yourself being part of the flow of life.

Life only keeps on going because there are desires pulled through you. You can't have new desires if you don't experience things you don't like. Today, you are now able to embrace the contrast. When you embrace the contrast it doesn't mean you're saying "Yes, more please!" It means, that you accept it as part of life and you don't have to resist it. Because what you resist, persists!

Breathe in and accept the contrast.
Breathe out and say yes to the contrast.

The more curious you can become about the things you don't like, the more you can watch instead of being consumed with dislike. The more peaceful you'll feel. The more fun you'll have. The easier life will flow.

Breathe in and congratulate yourself for how far you've come.
Breathe out and feel the flow, picking you up and carrying you along.
