Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax. Let it be easy. Bring yourself back to that beach where you get to watch the waves. You are part of something so much bigger than yourself. You're part of the wave. You're the whole ocean.

Breathe in and step back.
Breathe out and see the bigger picture.

Without your thoughts, there is no pain. You can quiet your mind and feel better right now.

Breathe in and remember the miracle you live in.
Breathe out and just be here now.

Let yourself flow. Let yourself be here now. Let yourself look around with amazement at the world you created.

Breathe in and be nice to yourself!
Breathe out and say "I love myself"

You may have judgements about yourself or other people. You may be criticizing yourself or other people. There's always going to be something that you wish was different.

Breathe in and make peace with what is.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Wherever you are, no matter how you feel or what's happening, it's part of the process that's bringing you home. When you look back at your life, you can see how all of the events lead up to where you are now. There's so much synchronicity. So many hidden blessings, so many bad things that turned out to be good for you. WHatever it is, whatever your challenge is today, it's just part of the process. It's not a big deal. It's not serious. It's just for fun.

Breathe in and embrace the contrast.
Breathe out and relax.

You may feel like embracing the contrast means you're ok with it--like if you make peace with the possibility of that scary thing happening, it's going to happen. But that's not how it works. WHen you make peace with the way thing are, you allow the flow to come through. When you make peace with the way things are, you open up to solutions from the universe. When you make peace with the way things are, you're no longer vibrating a signal of "This is the way I DON'T want it to be." The more you send out, "I don't want this!" The more you'll get it back.

When you make peace with what is, you send a signal of being at peace with what is. Then the things that would actually give you a feeling of peace, start manifesting. You have to become the feeling first. You have to choose to feel the way you want to feel first, before you see the results of your vibration.

Breathe in and let it be easy.
Breathe out and relax.

You don't have to take any action. You don't have to change. The best thing you can do for yourself is quiet your mind. Focus on a mantra, or count silently, or focus on your breath. Just get away from those thoughts that aren't serving you.

Breathe in and be part of the miracle.
Breathe out and know everything is perfect and in its place, right now.

The goal for you today is to look around your world and laugh, because now you can see how perfect things already are.
