Welcome to the now. Welcome to the best moment of your life. Welcome to the moment where you realize everything really is working out.

Breathe in and smile.
Breathe out and bring your attention to this moment.

Empty your mind. Smile. And relax.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

Let go of everything. It doesn't matter. You can release your thoughts, especially those ones that aren't serving you. It's just a choice, you can choose to drop them right now.

Breathe in and feel good about yourself!
Breathe out and congratulate yourself on how far you've come.

You have come SO far. You're doing everything right. Today, everything is unfolding perfectly for you.

Breathe in and say "I believe in myself!"
Breathe out and say "I am safe."

If you find yourself making choices that you dislike but can't seem to stop, practice saying, "I believe in myself." When you believe in yourself, you have more will power. You can follow through. You know that you will reach your goal, so you don't do things to sabotage your goal.

To reach your goals, to get where you want to be, it really does just come down to believing yourself. It also helps to feel safe, because you don't make very good decisions when you're afraid. You can train your mind to feel successful just by saying "I believe in myself." And you can train your mind to feel safe, by saying "I am safe."

Breathe in and believe in yourself.
Breathe out and feel safe.

You can feel safe, because life is taking care of you. None of this is serious. This life is just for fun.

Breathe in and feel safe.
Breathe out and know you are protected from all harm.

It's just a dream. You are safe.

Breathe in and feel confident.
Breathe out and believe in yourself.

You are perfect the way you are. You are capable of anything you want. Today is the day that you stop holding yourself back. Today is the day that you begin to practice believing in yourself. Your teachers, your parents, the tv, when you were growing up, they all told you, "You can do anything if you believe in yourself!" Maybe you didn't understand how to believe in yourself. It's an easy trick on your mind to just say, "I believe in myself." When you practice saying it, you begin to feel it. When you feel it, you become it. When you become it, you see it. The more you practice believing in yourself, the more you'll see evidence to keep the belief going.

Now is your time to shine. You have all of the tools you need. Just relax and let it unfold.
