Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Everything happens for a reason. You can trust the unfolding of life. You can trust that you're in the right place at the right time, right now.

Breathe in and empty your mind.
Breathe out and relax.

You can let yourself be here now. You can let yourself trust the flow. You can bring your attention to this present moment.

Breathe in and let it come to you.
Breathe out and let your judgements go.

Let your judgements go. Let your worries go. Let your thoughts go. Let your lists go. Let all of your words go.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and listen for the words in your head.

To practice presence, just observe your thoughts. When you hear words, just ignore them or let them go, quiet them down. Don't listen to them. You can just choose to not listen to the words in your head.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and feel yourself becoming lighter.

You can be present. You can be here now. In the now, there's nothing to worry about and everything is fun. In the now, everything is interesting. You feel curious. In the now, you love things the way they are. You see the perfection that already exists.

Breathe in and be conscious.
Breathe out and feel the stillness within you.

Just let the words go. Focus your attention on what's happening right now, not what you're thinking right now. Let life flow through you. All of your words--they're just clogging up the flow, literally!

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and relax because it's not serious.

None of it is serious. This life is just for fun. For every moment you can go without listening to those words inside of your head, your mood will increase bit by bit, notch by notch, emotion by emotion. You can take yourself from fear right up to joy just by ignoring those words that are constantly chattering in your head.

Breathe in and see the miracle you're living in.
Breathe out and bask in a new technique for being present.

Being present is a practice and you can get better at it. Like anything you practice, it becomes more fun the better you get.

Breathe in and practice.
Breathe out and celebrate how far you've come.

Just empty your mind. You don't even have to empty your mind of the words. You can just choose to not look at them, or listen to them. They can still be there but you don't have to put your attention on them.

Breathe in and feel life getting deeper.
Breathe out and feel yourself connecting to your source.

When you can move past those words into stillness, into the present, you're connected to god. You're connected to your source. You can connect right now.

Breathe in and feel connected.
Breathe out and feel so much better.

It's working. All of your efforts are working. You are in the right place at the right time and you are doing everything right. It will get better on its own. You will become more conscious just by the nature of evolution. You don't have to try, just relax and let yourself be still, away from the chaos of the words.
