Breathe in and be still.
Breathe out and relax.

Let your body relax. Let yourself enjoy the view.

Breathe in and be a joy to watch.
Breathe out and be a joy for yourself to watch.

Imagine you couldn't tell anyone about your life. You couldn't share it online. It was just you, living your life. What would you do, just for yourself? What would you do just because you enjoyed it, not because it produced anything. What would you do for the pleasure of doing it?

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and remember that life is for enjoying, not for what it produces.

Life is for experiencing. Life is for you to enjoy, at this second.

Breathe in and love yourself right now.
Breathe out and say to yourself "I love myself right now."

Say it to yourself over and over in your head. "I love myself right now. I love myself the way I am, right now. I love myself right now, no matter what I'm doing. I love myself, right now."

If you can repeat it over and over eventually you'll train your mind into manifesting circumstances in which you actually do love yourself right now. It's really neat!

Breathe in and smile.
Breathe out and relax.

Trust the process of life. Trust the things that you're learning. Trust that you are evolving.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and trust.

Trust that life is good. Trust that everything's going to be ok. Trust that this life really is for fun. This life is here just for you. You are your audience. You are the one watching. This life is for you to enjoy.

Breathe in and say "I love myself right now."
Breathe out and say "I love myself right now."

Let go of your thoughts. Imagine that each moment of your life is a piece of art. You're being filmed or photographed. The point of life is to enjoy it, right now. Whatever method you need to bring your attention to this moment, it doesn't matter. Just let your thoughts go and be here right now. This is where the answers are, this is where it's already figured out.

Breathe in and smile.
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts.

Let go of your judgements. Let yourself feel this moment. Let yourself feel the air on your hands. Let yourself see the perfect shapes that create everything. Let yourself marvel at the miracle that you already are.
