Empty your mind. Bring your attention to this moment. Let yourself relax. Let yourself be here now. Let your thoughts go. Let your resistance go.

Breathe in and smile.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Trust that you're in the right place at the right time. Trust that whatever's happening is a solution. If there's something you're resisting, remember it's a solution. You may pick something out of your reality that disappoints you or pisses you off. Take the one second to shift your perspective. Whenever you find something that you dislike, think to yourself, "oh yeah, it's a solution!" You have to learn to embrace the contrast, because the contrast is what is creating what you do want.

Breathe in and know everything is perfect and in its place.
Breathe out and trust that you are in the right place at the right time, right now.

This moment is synchronous. You were supposed to be here. You are supposed to be doing exactly what you're doing right now.

Breathe in and know you're doing everything right.
Breathe out and feel your confidence rising.

Feel yourself calming down. Feel yourself lightening up. Feel your day getting better already.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and let go of your worries. None of it matters. Whatever you're worried about will go away when you stop thinking about it.

Breathe in and let yourself stop caring.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Let your thoughts go. Listen for the flow that's inside of you. Listen for the answers you already have.

Breathe in and be still.
Breathe out and celebrate this day.

This day was made just for you, for you to enjoy. It's a gift!

Breathe in and know everything's working out.
Breathe out and say "I love myself. I love myself. I love myself."

Let this day be easy. Let the things you want come to you. You've identified what you want, now forget about it and let it come. It can't come if you think you don't have it. Just let it go. It's already yours.
