Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and feel better already.

You can trust the flow. You can trust the process of life. You can let it be easy. Just let go of your resistance. You can just drop your resistance at any time. Whatever it is that you don't like, whatever it is that you wish was different, if you just let those thoughts go, you're back in the flow.

Breathe in and stand up for yourself.
Breathe out and know your power.

Let the flow through you. The flow is bringing you everything you want. It'll come in a way you least expect. It'll come when you let go of the idea that you don't have it.

Let life take care of you. Let life thrive through you. You are part of something so much bigger than yourself.You are connected to everything. Your mind might make you feel alone sometimes, but the truth is we're all one.

Breathe in and let love into your heart.
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

The funny thing about worrying is that if you can let your worries go, you'll forget what you were even worrying about. It's wild! Then that worry will never manifest because you're not thinking about it. Worrying doesn't help. It doesn't solve any problems. You can choose the other side of the wave.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and pay attention.

If you're expecting the worst, if you're worried, if you're just certain that it's going to turn out this one way you don't want, try to actively switch your thought pattern. Switch it from "I'm afraid this thing is going to happen tomorrow" to "What if it actually went well tomorrow? What if it was good news? What if what I was afraid of, was just in my imagination? What if it all worked out? What if the best possible outcome happened?" Even if it doesn't completely get rid of your worries, you can still let your thoughts go. Just the tiny act of considering the possibility that a good outcome could happen is enough. It's enough to show you the power of your mind. Just try it.

Breathe in and let it be easy.
Breathe out and don't take it too seriously.

What if you expected the best outcome, really? It'll feel better than worrying about the worst outcome. Your worries really are just in your imagination. You really can influence your reality so that the good outcome happens tomorrow. What if it was good news?

Breathe in and lighten up
Breathe out and just relax.

Just let yourself be here now. There's nothing you can do. Just let yourself be. Let yourself feel your body. Let yourself look around and marvel at this weird reality we live in. Isn't this crazy that this is happening?

Breathe out and know what a gift it is to get to be here now.
