Let yourself feel gratitude. Let yourself feel thankful for all of the things you already have. Say thank you to your body. Thank you for food to eat today. Thank you for clean water to drink. Thank you for a home to live in. Thank you for an internet connection. Thank you for health.

Breathe in and appreciate things as they are.
Breathe out and know you already have everything you want.

You can use your feelings of gratitude to attract the things you think are missing from your life. Just decide to feel gratitude for the things as if you already have them. I'm so grateful for my perfect health. I'm so grateful I feel so energized. I'm so grateful I heard from my friend. I'm so grateful I look so good today. I'm so grateful everything worked out. I'm so grateful life is taking care of me today. You can trick your mind into believing these feelings of gratitude and attract into your life anything you desire. It all comes from within anyway. You're the source. You're the creator. You can have whatever you want.

Breathe out and celebrate your power.

You get to decide. You get to choose. You get to select exactly what you bring into your life. I'm so grateful life is easy today. I'm so grateful I feel so strong. I'm so grateful I'm being showered with attention and gifts. I'm so grateful I'm receiving everything I want. I'm so grateful to be in a good mood. I'm so grateful to feel loved. Whatever it is that you want, practice feeling grateful for it now. It's already yours.

Life is giving you everything you could possibly want. You can open up right now and receive.

I'm so grateful to be receiving. I'm so grateful to be free. I'm so grateful to feel well being flowing through me. I'm so grateful to be getting stronger. I'm so grateful to feel attractive. I'm so grateful to be attracting more love into my life. I'm so grateful to be in this present moment, where everything is fun and there's nothing to worry about. I'm so grateful that life is taking care of all of us. I'm so grateful to be here with you.
