Empty your mind. Be formless. Let the flow of life through you. Let yourself enter the present moment.

Allow yourself to be here now. Allow yourself to let your thoughts go. Allow yourself to start feeling better.

Trust that it's working out for you. Trust that the answers will come when you need them. Trust that you can plug in right now. You can change everything right now.

Tell your body thank you. Say thank you for letting me enjoy this moment. Thank you for all of the things I am able to do today. I can sit up, I can walk. I can smile. Tell your body thank you. Your body loves you so much.

Breathe in and let it flow.
Breathe out and be here now.

Come back to your body. Come back to the flow.

This day was meant for you. It's a gift to you. You can choose right now, to tap in to your divine power. It's just like electricity. You just plug in and it's yours. You don't have to feel guilty about things going well. You don't have to feel guilty when you get blessings and surprises and presents. You don't have to feel guilty when you have good luck and good fortune. You're tapping into infinite intelligence and everyone can do it. Everyone has the same ability to connect. Everyone has the same opportunity to let the flow through.

Breathe in and get out of your own way.
Breathe out and empty your mind.

You can connect to the flow in so many ways. If you can't stop thinking about something you know you shouldn't be thinking about, try silent counting. Just try to 100 or 200 and you'll attract a better feeling thought. You can try blessing each activity as you do it. Bless your food while you eat. Bless your body while you work out. You can tell yourself that you love and accept yourself. There are so many techniques to connect to the flow. All of them involve coming back to the present moment where all of your power is.

Breathe in and start feeling stronger.
Breathe out and feel your power growing.

You're connected to the divine flow. It's just like electricity. There's no one judging you for what you want. You're not taking anything away from anyone else. When you plug in to the flow, you're accessing your natural birthright. You're accessing your natural divinity. It can keep getting better and better. ANd it will.

Let yourself feel like you're on vacation. When you're in the present moment, blessing your activities, focused on love, releasing your resistant thoughts--that's what a vacation feels like. No matter what you're doing, if you come into the present moment, you can enjoy it.

Breathe out and believe in yourself.

You're god in human form. You're learning how to connect to your power. You've come so far and you are so loved. Everything is working out for you.
