Welcome to the best day of your life. It's the best day of your life because you're alive and in you're in the present moment, where everything is fun and there's nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and smile
Breathe out and relax

You can relax now. There's nothing left to worry about. There's nothing you have to change. There's nothing you HAVE to do. You're in the right place at the right time, so you can relax now.

Breathe in and be at peace with what is.
Breathe out and just let yourself be here right now.

Empty your mind. Let your thoughts go. Trust that everything's working out for you. Trust that you don't have to get involved. Trust that life is helping you, right now.

Breathe in and relax.

Practice giving yourself love today. Practice loving yourself the way you are. Can you imagine? What if you loved yourself and your life exactly the way it is. What if you loved all the little flaws and idiosyncrasies and mistakes? What if you loved yourself the way you already are? What if you realized you're already perfect the way you are?

Breathe in and say "I love myself"
Breathe out and say "I love myself"

Sometimes it helps to think of god or a higher power as being the one telling you. You can try saying, "(Your name), I love and accept you exactly the way you are. I love and accept you exactly the way you are." Say it to yourself over and over and over. It feels like getting a massage or a hot shower or being cradled by someone who loves you. Life already loves you. I already love you. You don't have to change a thing.

Breathe in and lighten up! It's not serious.
Breathe out and trust the unfolding.

Practice getting out of the way. Practice not getting involved. Practice allowing. Allow yourself to receive. Allow yourself to feel loved. Allow yourself to heal. Isn't it nice that your body naturally heals itself? Isn't it nice that love is our natural state? Isn't it nice life is taking care of us today? Isn't it nice that everything's working out? ISn't it nice that the hardest thing we have to do is just be here now? Isn't it nice to feel loved? Isn't it nice to let go of your worries? Isn't it nice to just trust that it is working out already? Isn't it nice to give yourself the love that you want? Isn't it nice to just relax and breathe?

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and feel better and better with each passing moment.

You can calm yourself now. You can soothe yourself. You don't need anything outside of you to take care of you. It's all happening from within. Life is bubbling up from inside of you, healing you, taking care of you, bringing you everything you want. Just say yes. Just say yes. Just be at peace with what is. Just be happy with what you have. You have so much. You're already so blessed.

Let yourself feel aligned. Let yourself feel relaxed. Let yourself feel loved. Say to yourself over and over, I love and accept you exactly the way you are. I love and accept you exactly the way you are. I love and accept you exactly the way you are. I love you the way you are. I accept you the way you are, no matter what you're doing. I love and accept you the way you are. I love and accept you exactly the way you are.

    Seems silly when I type it out, but a lot of the time when I accomplish something on my to-do list (even something really small, like remembering to buy contact solution when I am out) I praise myself like I am a child .. kind of like “good girl, I’m so proud of you that you did ____, thank you for doing that” – It is an easy way to make myself feel good/loved (especially since I constantly crave appreciation from others – it gives me just as good of a feeling).. pretty sure I stole this idea from you to begin with, but I thought I would share. (:
