This day was made specifically for you. The lights that are shining are shining for you. The floor you're standing on is holding you up. The water's flowing for you. People are smiling for you. The flowers are growing for you. The clouds are blowing by for you. The sun is rising and setting for you.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and feel the best you've ever felt.

You can choose it right now. Just say to yourself, "I feel the best I've ever felt." If you don't feel it right away, just try it a few more times. You get to choose, you get to decide.

Breathe in and let life be easy right now.
Breathe out and let yourself just be here.

Don't you want to just be? The flowers just want to be. The birds just want to be. The bees just want to be. We all just want to be. We're just here to exist for the experience of existing.

Breathe in and remember you always have plenty.

You're getting better and better at managing your thoughts, choosing your emotions, thinking about what you want. You're connected to your source more and more of the time. You're reaching new depths of tranquility and peace and stillness and joy. And it's only going to get better from here.
