Everything's happening for a reason. Everything is working out in your favor. When you allow yourself to be fully conscious, you can see how life is helping you right now, instead of in hindsight later.

Breathe out and know you're the source of your peace.

Life loves you. Life is taking care of you. Life is on your side. You ARE life! You are thriving.

To be fully conscious just means to be here now. Outside of your mind, observing instead of reacting, feeling curious instead of liking or disliking. In the Now, you're interested in your life.

Your life is a deep, endless miracle to explore. While your mind might sometimes trick you into thinking life is hard or not worth it or too painful, you know the truth. You know that life is on your side. You know that when you're fully conscious, life is perfect.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and let yourself be aligned.

Let the flow through you. Open yourself up to receive. It's easy to stop thinking.

Breathe in and be present.
Breathe out and relax.

Today as you go about your day, just focus on being fully conscious. You don't have to change your behavior or your thoughts. But for every breath, that you take that you notice, think, "Breathe in and be fully conscious. Breathe out and be fully conscious."

When you're fully conscious, you're not mindlessly eating. When you're fully conscious, there's nothing to be angry about. When you're fully conscious, life feels good. You don't have to try to be fully conscious. You just choose it, right now.
