Feel Good Now or Never

Dear Mind,

It's a myth. You would not feel better if I weighed 20 pounds less. You would not feel better if you got to socialize. You would not feel better if you got up earlier. You would not feel better "if only..."

You would not feel better if you were more mysterious. You would not feel better if you had more money. You would not feel better if you had no plans. You would not feel better if you had plans.

You can feel better now, or never. Not WHEN. Choose to feel good now, or never.

You can think and think and think and think about all the things you want to change. You can criticize and make excuses. You can say, "I feel bad because I ate too much. I feel bad because I want to see my friend. I feel bad because I'm tired. I feel bad because I have work to do. I feel bad because I don't have enough time."

Or you can get off the roller coaster, right now. You can choose to feel good, right now. You can choose alignment right now. You can choose to become what you want to be, and then you can see it.

There is only right now. You can only feel good, right now. You will not feel better when something changes. When that change comes, you will feel bad because of something else. It's always something. You can feel good now, or never.

You will feel better when you stop thinking about all the lack. You will feel better when you step into this now. You will feel better when you see there is no future, only now. Your limiting beliefs are the only thing holding you back from feeling exactly the way you want to feel.

What do you want, Mind?

To feel important. To feel important. To feel important.

You want to feel important so that you feel loved. You can give yourself the love you crave. Especially when you are literally wanting to hear the words, "I love you," give the love to yourself.

Mind, you are the creator. You are god. You are the one you have been waiting for. Whatever it is you perceive as lacking, you can give to yourself.

Here are some ways you can feel important:
- Tell yourself "I love and accept you exactly the way you are."
- Tell yourself to get off the roller coaster! It's an ILLUSION! The material world has got you tripped up! Even the people you love and want to be around are a mirage! You have to go within to see the reflection you want!
- DO YOU. Do your work. Do the work that is so important to you that you would die if you wouldn't let it out. What is that work? (Writing. Meditation. Organization. Ritual. Play. )
- Act as if you are alone on a desert island! Disregard what everyone else is doing. Disregard the circumstances. When you change your vibration, you change your world! Your whole life could change in a split second if you acted as if things already are the way you want them to be! How do you want them to be? (Obsessed with my work. Comforting others/kindness/love/compassion/generosity. In the flow. Not poisoned by thought. )
- Choose a way to release thought and then stick to it the whole day. Try, "Breathe in and raise your vibration! Breathe out and release your resistance," or count silently, or "I am god breathing in. I am god breathing out."

Life is choosing to live you. Life is the dancer, you are just the dance. Let go and let the flow of life lead. Life is breathing you, so obviously you are important. This entire reality couldn't exist without you. It exists because of you. All of the people and places exist because you do. If you want to help the people in your life, you have to help yourself.

Help yourself by releasing resistant thought.

Help yourself by literally giving yourself love.

Help yourself by doing the work you came here to do.

If it's not a FUCK YEAH, DROP IT. If you feel attachment to a person or a scenario, or you want things to go a certain way, DROP IT. Let your thoughts go. The universe knows your desires. You don't have to get involved. You can choose to feel as good as if what you want already happened.

So you want to see someone in particular. Think of this craving like wanting pizza. So you scramble to get your pizza, and you get it and it's fantastic. Then it's over, and you're back to where you started. Whatever you want outside of yourself to make you feel better is not going to make you feel better. Only you can make yourself feel better.

Use your telepathy. Use your visualization. Connect with your world on the spiritual plane. Get off the 3d plane. It's an illusion, a hologram. Level up. Use your infinite intelligence. Be the power you know you are.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

You can let your thoughts go. You can discipline your mind and master your emotions by releasing your resistant thoughts.
