Breathe in and appreciate how far you've come.
Breathe out and appreciate all the times you've been successful before.

This is your time. Everything is working out for you. Right now, this second, this is your time. It's yours! You're the only one here. You're the only thing conscious. This is your time.

Breathe in and empty your mind.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

You can believe in yourself. You can believe that you can do whatever you want. You can be confident. You can have all the things you want. But right now, in the Now, you have everything. Everything you want you already have. Everything you think you need, you already have. Just relax and step into this moment, right now.

Breathe in and feel yourself aligning.
Breathe out and celebrate yourself. You're still alive!

You're still breathing. Life is still living you. You're thriving.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and let your tension go.

DOn't get so mad at yourself. You're already perfect. Think of yourself as a 3 year old child and treat yourself accordingly. Encourage yourself. Be nice to yourself. You deserve it. You've been through so much, you've come so far. You deserve kindness.

Breathe in and lift yourself up!
Breathe out and smile again!

Smiling always helps, even if you don't want to.

Breathe in and be at ease.
Breathe out and know everything right now is perfect.

In this moment, you have no problems. In this moment you have everything you've ever wanted.

You can choose, right now, to change the direction of your life. You can choose, right now, to be in the Now. It's the only choice you ever have to make. Are you thinking, or are you being?

Life has such good things in store for you. There's so much fun for you to have. There's so much to see. So many people love you. You're a good person and you're so brave. You didn't know what you were getting into, when you came to this earth. It's all been a mystery, but it is just for fun. And you can choose to enjoy this life!

Breathe in and be nice to yourself
Breathe out and know you deserve it.

You are so loved, you are so cared for. Life is on your side. Slow your mind, let your thoughts go. Trust this moment.

Breathe in and know that today still can be the best day of your life!
Breathe out and relax.

Just focus all of your attention right here, right now. Focus on your breath. That's your abundance. Focus on smiling. Focus on looking around you at all the magickal, miraculous objects right in front of you. It's ok to slow down. It's ok to be still. It's actually the best place to be. Your answers will come from the stillness. Life's inspiration can only come to you at this moment. If you can quite your mind and let your thoughts go, the answers you want are already here.
