You can keep your focus. You can have a good day. You can have the best day of your life, today, starting from right now.

Let yourself be light. Let yourself breathe. Let yourself be who you are. Everyone likes you when you're who you are. You're playful when you're who you really are.

Breathe out and smile because it's not serious.

Trust the flow. You can center yourself in every moment. You can bring yourself back to who you really are, in any moment. You can do it right now.
