I love it when I focus my attention. I love it when I train my attention. I love it when I feel like getting up early. I love it when I feel good about myself and my life.

I love it when I feel creative and inspired. I love it when I'm happy with what I have. I love it when I let it come to me. I love it when I let go.

I love it when I trust the flow. I love it when I feel relaxed. I love it when I have good posture. I love it when my abs are tight.

I love it when I feel stronger. I love it when I take care of myself.

I love it when I get excited about music. I love it when I get excited about life. I love it when I feel excited!

I love it when I am OUTLANDISH. I love it when I do my paperwork on time. I love it when I don't have any paperwork.

I love it when the bills are all paid. I love it when I work hard. I love it when I take care of my reality.

I love it when I do my own worksheets. I love it when I attract new possibilities. I love it when I stop thinking!

I love it when I feel like I'm lucid in the dream.




Dear Jessica,
Relax. It's good. Relax your shoulders. Trust this moment is what you need. Trust this moment is what you wanted.

Focus your attention. Focus your flow. You are in control! You can let life through you any way you want. How do you want to express yourself now?

Be at peace. Just breathe and smile. This is the dream. You are here in the dream, lucid and awake right now.

Let go of your thoughts. Return to your breath. Your breath is your connection. Your breath is the password.

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
