Empty your mind. Be formless, like water. Just relax and be here now. Your awareness brings you peace. If in this moment you are irritated or angry, step into this present moment, where everything is fun and there's nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and trust this moment.
Breathe out and be at peace.

Take the high road. Become lucid in this dream. Step away from your mind. You are not your mind.

Breathe in and be still.
Breathe out and trust the flow.

When you look back at the big picture of your life, you can see how it's all connected and it all makes sense how you got from there to here. Trust that this moment will make sense on your way from here to there.

Life is giving you a gift right now. It's up to you to become aware, to be lucid, so you can take it.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and be here now.

Just observe. You don't have to do anything. You don't have to find thoughts that feel better. You don't have to take any action. Just breathe. The simplest thing you can do to feel peace is breathe.

This moment is the only moment you have and it's always going to be this moment. Be at peace with this moment. Go back to the simplest password for peace, your breath. Let go of everything else today. Let go of your to do list. Let go of your panic. Let go of your anger. Let go of your fear. The only thing you have to hold onto today is your breath.
