Your life is working out. You're seeing evidence every day. If at any time you get stressed, just go back to your breath.

If you're stressed about something or worried, you can stop thinking about it. If you let yourself stop thinking about it, it will resolve itself. You have the power. You're in control, and you control by letting go. You let go by dropping the thoughts that don't feel good.

Breathe in and observe your thoughts.
Breathe out and know that you are the creator. You've created heaven for yourself. Now we all get to enjoy it.
