It's just a dream. We're just dreaming right now. It's not serious, it's not permanent. And it just doesn't matter!

We can all lighten up now. We can smile. Because it doesn't matter! It's just for fun. This life is yours to enjoy.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and relax.

It's just a dream. Right now, decide to wake up. If you're in a dream, nothing matters. If you're in a dream, nothing is permanent. If you're in a dream you can pursue whatever you want. If you're in a dream, what are you going to do next?

Breathe in and remember you don't have to care what anyone thinks.
Breathe out and say, "I don't care what anyone thinks."

Today this is your dream. You don't have to care what anyone thinks because they're dream characters. They're not real.

Breathe in and lighten up.
Breathe out and know how blessed you are to be the dreamer and the dream.

Quiet your mind. Try saying, "I'm observing." And observe your thoughts. You can say, "I'm dreaming. I can do it. I'm dreaming. It's not serious. I'm dreaming. It's just for fun. I'm dreaming. It's my dream."

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and relax.

It's just a dream. There's nothing to be afraid of. There's nothing you have to do. There's nothing you have to take seriously. There's nothing you have to care about. You're here to be. You've already reached your goal. You can't make yourself anymore whole. You can't make yourself anymore perfect. But you can enjoy this now, and anything you do to enjoy this now is exactly what you should be doing.
