Grateful for Kelly. Grateful for vivid dreams. Grateful for restful sleep. Grateful to wake up feeling good.

Grateful for my home. Grateful to be a minimalist. Grateful to let go of so many things. Grateful to not need so much.

Grateful to be conscious. Grateful to be writing. Grateful to be creating. Grateful to know I'm in the right place at the right time.

Grateful to feel peaceful. Grateful to feel ready. Grateful to know it's working out. Grateful to trust the flow. Grateful to have time affluence.

Grateful for synchronicity. Grateful to be asked questions. Grateful to be here now. Grateful for people who support my work. Grateful for our worksheets. Grateful to be a designer. Grateful to feel focused on my work.

Grateful to be at peace with what is. Grateful to let irritation go. Grateful to let judgement go. Grateful to let anger go.

Grateful for easy breathing. Grateful for conscious breathing. Grateful to know I have it all in this moment.




Wouldn't it be nice to have the best day of my life? Wouldn't it be nice to work on xmas gifts? Wouldn't it be nice to have a great day with Kelly laughing?

Wouldn't it be nice to have the best workout of my life? Wouldn't it be nice to feel peaceful and serene? Wouldn't it be nice to let go of my worries?

Wouldn't it be nice to trust the process of life? Wouldn't it be nice to go with the flow? Wouldn't it be nice to go to a meditation retreat?

Wouldn't it be nice to let it unfold? Wouldn't it be nice to trust the moment? Wouldn't it be nice to feel centered and peaceful? Wouldn't it be nice to find solutions today?

Wouldn't it be nice if Pwny followed me around outside like a dog? Wouldn't it be nice to climb trees?

Wouldn't it be nice to do nice things for others? Wouldn't it be nice to organize our place?

Wouldn't it be nice to live each moment fully? Wouldn't it be nice to breathe consciously today? Wouldn't it be nice to eat well?

Wouldn't it be nice to be a vendor at a psychology/therapist conference? Wouldn't it be nice to meet a bunch of awesome therapists?

Wouldn't it be nice to feel centered and focused? Wouldn't it be nice to let go of more distractions? Wouldn't it be nice to feel secure and relieved?




I love it when I feel confident in myself and my work. I love it when I make a decision to change. I love it when I watch my irritation instead of becoming it. I love it when I feel good about myself.

I love it when I do the work. I love it when I feel creative. I love it when I feel good about my life.

I love it when I'm on a roll. I love it when I don't give a fuck. I love it when I'm present.

I love it when I feel loved and supported and appreciated. I love it when I love and support and appreciate myself.

I love it when I am conscious. I love it when I feel clarity and focus. I love it when I move on. I love it when I let things go.

I love it when I meditate twice a day. I love it when I dream of meditating. I Love it when I feel connected to the whole. I love it when I see through the veil.

I love it when I feel like a mystical witch star child. I love it when I nurture the unknown side of myself. I love it when I am at ease with the unknown.

I love it wheN I feel creative and positive and uplifting. I love it when I feel good about life. I Love it when I feel blessed to be alive.

I love it when I am conscious enough to notice synchronicity. I love it when I feel abundant. I love it when I feel like I have things to give.

I love it when I find ways to help. I love it when I feel generous. I love it when I feel in control of my vibration.




Dear Jessica,
Relax. You're doing everything right. QUiet your mind and let the flow through. You are surrounded by love. You are safe now.

Breathe deeply and slowly. Center yourself in this moment. Be aware and look around. Be still. This is your time. This is your moment. This moment BELONGS to you! It IS you!

Rest your mind. Be at ease. You can relax now! You can enjoy life now. You can slow down. You are not in a race. You are in peace and love and harmony. You are tranquil. You already have the serenity you crave.

Be at ease. Life loves you! And it's not serious!

Trust the flow. Trust that you are perfect the way you are. Trust that you don't have to change a thing. Be as you are. Be still. Know who you are. You are the unknown. You are god. You are everything. Nothing is serious and there is nothing to worry about!

Let life lead the way. You are unfolding into a brilliant adventure of light and love.
