Breathe in and feel excited.
Breathe out and know that your excitement will bring excitement to you.

You're a match! You're a match to excitement. You're a match to joy. You're a match to letting go.

Breathe in and be still.
Breathe out and relax.

Breathe slowly and deeply. Let your thoughts go. Just follow your breath.

You can ride your breath, like a roller coaster, like rocking a baby to sleep. Your breath can be your anchor. Your breath can carry you. Your breath can keep you here right now.

Out.

Take the time to fully realize what's right in front of you. You're consciousness waking up. You're waking up in a dream that's all for you. It's like waking up on Christmas morning. Like New Year's Eve. So much excitement and blessings and gifts and fun and rest and ease and flow. The joy and the comfort and the peace and the warmth that you crave is all inside of you.

You can start the fire by focusing on your breath.

    I just thought I should let you know that I use your “breathe in and raise your vibration; breathe out and release your resistance” mantra … it really helped last night when I was having a mini panic attack. Saying that about 8 times while taking deep breaths calmed me down really quickly. (: Thank you for being awesome.
