Be at peace with what is. Be happy with what you have. It's not about having everything you want, but wanting everything you have. No matter what it is, good or bad, whether you want more of it or less of it, say to yourself, "I wanted this. I want this. I want what I have."

Breathe in and trust the flow.
Breathe out and relax.

Be here now. Smile. Focus on your breath.

No matter what it is, try to be happy with it. No matter what is. If you don't like it, just say you're happy with it. I'm so happy with what I have. It turns every bit of contrast into a project or a present that's unfolding for you. And everything you do want, it only grows it.

Breathe out and decide to want everything you have.

You're letting go of so much. You're doing a great job. This is your time. Life is taking care of you.
