Observe this moment. Observe right now. Observe the miracle you're living in. Observe yourself becoming calmer. Observe your mood lifting. You can let go. You can change your patterns. Just let go. Just let go. Just say "f*ck it" and let go.

All you have is right now. You can only feel good right now, and if you want future right nows to feel good, you have to feel good right now.
