Quiet your mind and be still. Let yourself observe this moment. Look around you and wake up in the dream.

Breathe in and be at ease.
Breathe out and let your worries go.

It's all working out for you. In this moment, everything is perfect and in its place. Bring your focus to a single point. Stare at a single dot, listen to a single sound. Think a single thought. Bring your attention to center.

Breathe in and know it's all good.
Breathe out and observe.

Observe your breath. Observe what you're thinking. Observe your mind slowing down. Fewer and fewer thoughts. The crazy, undulating up and down of your mind becoming more tranquil, still. You're floating in a bottomless tranquil lake. Feels like the best drug in the world. Feels like the best thing that could ever happen to you, just did. You're watching your life. Instead of thinking you are the character that is you, you're watching the character that is you. You're awareness. You are whole. You are one with life.

Breathe in and observe your character.
Breathe out and feel so excited because you are in the now, right now and you get to be here for the rest of your life, or as long as you want.

You can always be here. When you're in the now, life is exciting. It's like christmas morning, it's like the most beautiful trip. It's a celebration!

The right now is the only place that your soul wants to be. The right now is what you came to this reality to experience. It's a lucid dream and now you're awake so let's go explore!
