Grateful we set up our printer last night! Grateful for SoLD subscribers! Grateful we made 5 podcasts! Grateful we made a new worksheet! Grateful to be in the flow!

Grateful to choose to feel good. Grateful to choose to not beat myself up. Grateful I can move on and make better decisions. Grateful I know it's just a dream and it's not serious. Grateful I don't have to recover my seratonin for the next few days.

Grateful to feel rested. Grateful for my life. Grateful to feel good. Grateful to love myself. Grateful to be aware. Grateful to be awake.

Grateful to focus on what's working. Grateful to focus on fun and love. Grateful to be in control of my vibration.

Grateful to be here now. Grateful for my new story. Grateful to have so much fun with Kelly.

Grateful for my health. Grateful for fun errands and plans today. Grateful for my bike. Grateful we have a bike shop so close. Grateful the grocery store is so close. Grateful we get to go to the library and Stan's!

Grateful for my home, and for my family, and for this Now. Grateful to feel at ease in this moment. Grateful to be at peace with what is.

Grateful for my wife who takes care of me. Grateful to feel confident and excited about life. Grateful I can choose to be awake in the dream.




Wouldn't it be nice to have the best day of my life? Wouldn't it be nice to ngaf? Wouldn't it be nice to change the litter? Wouldn't it be nice to have fun and not care? Wouldn't it be nice to let go and enjoy?

Wouldn't it be nice to go beyond my upper limits? Wouldn't it be nice to be nice to myself and trust that it's all unfolding perfectly?

Wouldn't it be nice to work on our work more tonight? Wouldn't it be nice to forget the past and future and be here now? Wouldn't it be nice to feel excited? Wouldn't it be nice to feel focused? Wouldn't it be nice to let it come to me?

Wouldn't it be nice to clean? Wouldn't it be nice to eat some different foods? Wouldn't it be nice to get rid of a bunch of stuff? Wouldn't it be nice to feel the feeling now?

Wouldn't it be nice to have a really fun day with Kelly? Wouldn't it be nice to trust the flow? Wouldn't it be nice to be present today?

Wouldn't it be nice to take care of myself today? Wouldn't it be nice to enjoy my natural state of well being?




I love it when I wake up feeling good. I love it when I go to bed feeling good. I love it when I decide to do me. I love it when I decide to do the work. I love it when I focus. I love it when we are excited about work.

I love it when we get new SoLD subscribers. I love it when Linty sleeps under the covers. I love it when I eat well. I love it when Kelly takes care of me.

I love it when it when I do my work. I love it when I write. I love it when I'm kind. I love it when I allow the flow to take care of me. I love it when I don't beat myself up.

I love it when I take care of my home and my body and my relationships. I love it when I take care of myself. I love it when I am kind to myself and my reality.

I love it when I am uplifting and light. I love it when I get to laugh. I love it when I stop taking life so seriously!

I love it when writing works. I love it when I boost my mood immediately upon waking. I love it when I have a good day on purpose.




Dear Jessica,

Relax. Be at peace. Let this moment guide you. Let this moment tell you everything you need to know. Everything is ok. Everything is working out. You are in the right place at the right time.

Let it come to you. Let yourself enjoy what's right in front of you. Let yourself enjoy your day! Let yourself be here now.

The flow always knows. The flow always takes care of everything. Let the flow be your reason for feeling good. Let yourself be the flow.

There is only right now. What can you do to enjoy right now? What do you want?

To be my reason for feeling good. To be kind to myself and not beat myself up.

Trust that you're getting what you want, right now. Quiet your mind. Be at peace with the thoughts you have. Use this as an exciting opportunity to observe your thoughts.

Your mind is quieting. Your mind is becoming pacified. You are one with life. You have nothing to worry about. It's all good. Let it be all good. Trust that what happened is for a reason!

Let yourself laugh! Let yourself play! Today your mantra is FUCK IT!!!! It just doesn't matter! It's just for fun! Focus on the big picture. Observe your thoughts. It's like a fun game in itself! What are you thinking right now?

Good job. You're doing great. Everything is working out. Let yourself be at peace. Keep the pace high, keep going, keep your attention on the now. That's what the fast pace is, it's being here in every now. But you can be still while moving from moment to moment--it's the only way to see it.
