Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Just observe. Observe. Observe your thoughts.

Breathe in and observe.
Breathe out and observe.

Be the watcher of your thoughts. Step outside of your thoughts. You can feel when you're identified with a thought. To me it feels like something going on in the front of my brain. My eyes glaze over. When I observe, I step back, and I kinda watch that thought with a 10 foot pole.

Breathe in and be here now so you can observe.
Breathe out and feel how good it feels to evolve. To change. To level up.

Breathe slowly and deeply. There's a new opportunity in every moment to observe. To step outside of your mind and be the observer, the dreamer, awareness. Just watch your thoughts go by. You can feel them. You're just developing your sensitivity to a new/old ability or sense.

You're waking up.

Breathe in and celebrate. You're waking up!
Breathe out and calm yourself.

Be here now. Calm yourself. Breathe deeply. Relax. Don't hold it in. Trust this moment and observe this moment. You truly can be at peace, right now. Just by stepping outside of your mind.
