Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

There's nothing to worry about outside of this right now. Nothing else exists. Whatever you have to do later, it doesn't exist. There's only right now and how you feel right now.

Breathe in and choose to feel the way you want to feel.
Breathe out and smile.

You can choose to feel the way you want to feel right now. Slow your thoughts. Quiet your mind. Pull all of your attention into this moment. Say to yourself, "I'm dreaming." And look around as if you had just woken up inside a lucid dream. It's all for you. It all belongs to you. And it's all for fun. There's nothing serious about this dream world. This world is a gift to you from you.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and let go of whatever you're thinking about.

It's all going to work out. It's going to be fine, and afterwards, you aren't going to remember much of it. All you can do is be here now and enjoy right now.

Relax. Be easy on yourself. Give yourself a compliment. Thank yourself for being here today. Thank yourself for getting out of bed. Thank yourself for waking up. Thank yourself for eating breakfast. Thank yourself for brushing your teeth.

Every moment is so full of miracles, that when we slow down to appreciate them, it can get overwhelming. Slow your thoughts. Turn off your mind. Forget about all of that. There's nothing to analyze. There's nothing to figure out. There's nothing even to learn. You already know it all. You already are it all.

Breathe in and see the big picture.
Breathe out and know that you are the big picture.

Be at peace with what is. Whatever is, is your solution. Whatever you have is what you need. Wherever you are is where you're meant to be.

Pull your focus back to center, right now. Imagine placing your attention on a single dot, maybe between your eyes or in the middle of your head. Put all your attention there, try to feel the spot. Do whatever you can to bring your attention to the here and now. If you don't have a technique or it's hard, just say "I want to bring my attention to the here and now." Then let it go. Eventually you'll find yourself wrapped up in the moment with all of your attention in the here and now and you'll know that when you ask, it is given.
