Still your mind, empty your mind. Let your thoughts go. Be here now. In the now, there aren't any thoughts. In the now, everything is fun. In the now, there's nothing to worry about. In the now, you're perfect. In the now, there is only peace.

Breathe in and accept whatever is.
Breathe out and be happy with what you have.

You've been through some rocky parts. You've been through a lot of contrast. But it's the only way you could have known what you want. Now you know. Now you know what you want is coming. Now you know what you want is already here.

Breathe in and feel relaxed.
Breathe out and smile.

It's all good. Make peace. Because it's already all good. Life is more tranquil now. It's becoming more peaceful for everyone, because you are becoming more peaceful inside. You have the tools that you need. You have everything that you need. You're getting better and better at letting your resistance go.

Breathe in and be here.
Breathe out and let your resistance go.

Resistance is only negative thoughts. The only reason you could ever feel bad would be from thinking. You're in control of your mind. You are not your mind. You're in control, you the observer, infinite intelligence, god. You are who I'm talking to.

Breathe in and know who you are.
Breathe out and marvel at how far you've come.

Your magick is taking over. Your optimism is winning. Life isn't so hard anymore. Because you're not so hard on life anymore! You're focused on what's working. You're focused on what's going right in your life. You're focused on love. You're focused on peace.

Breathe in and be still.
Breathe out and feel the peace that is available to you at every moment.

You have access to this peace at all time. The password is simple. The password is to stop thinking.

Breathe in slowly and deeply.
Breathe out slowly and deeply.

You can calm yourself and center yourself at any time. It's all inside of you. You're doing such a great job. You've found perfection and it keeps unfolding to be bigger and better than you ever could have imagined. Today is the best day of your life and life is going to blow your mind today!
