Empty your mind. Whatever you've been thinking about, you don't have to think about it anymore. No matter what it is, you can let it go. If you do it will get resolved instantly.

Breathe in and trust the universe.
Breathe out and trust yourself.

Trust that you can do it. Trust that what you've known deep down all along is true. You're perfect and you're doing everything right. You're in the right place at the right time. Everything's working out for you.

Today's the day! Today's your chance. Today your luck is changing. There's nothing to be afraid of. It's ok to feel better. It's ok to feel better than you ever have before. It's ok to feel better than the people around you. Once you feel better, they'll feel better. It can only reflect you.
