Quiet your mind. Let your thoughts go. The only reason you could ever feel bad, would be because you're thinking. You can let go of whatever thoughts are bothering you right now. They're just thoughts, just things. You can drop them like they're hot!

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and relax.

Empty your mind. Let the flow through you. Imagine source energy coming into your body, healing you, filling you with light, helping you right now.

Breathe in and know everything's ok.
Breathe out and say yes to right now.

Say yes to what is. Make peace with this moment. This moment's all you have. It's silly to resist it. It's all there is. You can't change it. But you can be it. You can accept it. You can be at peace. You can choose peace right now.

Breathe in and be at peace right now.
Breathe out and know that it's getting better.

It is working out. What you want is coming. Release your stress. Release your worries. Let go. Let go. Let go. Just be here now. In the present there's nothing to worry about and everything is fun. If you aren't worried and everything is fun, you're doing a great job!

Really no matter what you're doing, you're doing a great job. You're alive. You are so brave. You keep taking that next breath.

Breathe out and know how important you are. Know how brave you are.

Know how much we all love you. We love you the way you are. We love you with the problems you have. We love you with your flaws. We love you because of your flaws. We love everything about you.

Breathe in and know it's all going to work out.
Breathe out and be nice to yourself.

You deserve it. You deserve to be treated well. You deserve to be loved. You can give yourself the love that you deserve.

Breathe in and tell yourself "I love you."
Breathe out and be nice to yourself. It's the only self you have!

Whatever you're worried about, whatever your contrast is, it just doesn't matter when you zoom out and see how magickal this miracle really is. It's not serious. All that matters is love. And you can give that to yourself, right now.
