Don't take it personally. Your reality is just an outdated printout. You can change what you're perceiving right now, by allowing the flow, or source energy, into you.

Breathe in and let the flow in.
Breathe out and feel it washing away everything that went wrong. All your resistant thoughts.

Let life wash away everything but right now. All there is is right now. Everything you need is in this right now. Ask yourself, is there anything I need right now? You already have it all.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and celebrate how far you've come.

You're doing a great job. This is the right time and this is the right place. It couldn't have happened any other way. Just breathe deeply and let it unfold.

Be as kind as you can to yourself. Be as kind as you can to your reality. Project love to your reality. Picture it coming through the top of your head, filling your body with light. With your attention and your perception you'll see the love you brought inside of you.

Your input is love, your output is love. There's no need for your family history or your past or other people in your life to be your input. You can choose your input. You can choose love to be your input.

Breathe in and bring love into you.
Breathe out and just let go.

You can't change anyone. You can't change much. But you can make peace with what is, which allows the energy to flow, bringing new energy, new forms, and new circumstances. When you want to change, you're resisting what is. That resistance keeps that very thing you want to change, right where it's at.

Breathe in and enjoy the contrast.
Breathe out and know that it's causing you to ask for what you want.

Life is always giving you what you want. But in order for you to come up with new things to want, you have to experience what you don't want. Just embrace it and say thank you. Look for the positive aspects. There's always a positive aspect of any contrast, any problem. Learn to make peace with the way things are and they'll be gone before you know it!
