Wouldn't it be nice to go thrift shopping? Wouldn't it be nice to get a new skirt and jean shorts and a few tops? Wouldn't it be nice to feel amazing in my clothes? To feel the best I've ever felt? To feel perfect in my body?

Wouldn't it be nice to get better at loving myself the way I am? To be nice to myself? To make a new worksheet? To get a new printer? To work on my memoir? To work on the Tips? To work on my next book? To write a new article?

Wouldn't it be nice to have a fun night? To go with the flow? To be more present than ever? To be here now? To have a great dinner? To feel inspired and excited? To feel focused? To feel whole?

Wouldn't it be nice to let go of my need to change? To be at peace with what is? To appreciate myself? To compliment myself? To congratulate myself for how far I've come?

Wouldn't it be nice to go for a run? To have it all? To stop giving a fuck? To be happy with what I have? To be at ease?




I love it when I feel like writing. I love it when I feel good. I love it when I feel organized and together. I love it when I'm inspired to work on my work. I love it when I feel like working out.

I love it when I notice synchronicity. I love it when I'm on a diurnal sleep schedule! I love it when I have things to tweet. I love it when I feel good about myself. I love it when I'm my reason for feeling good.

I love it when Kelly and I have fun together. I love it when we podcast. I love it when I have fun conversations with my parents. I love it when I'm pleasantly surprised. I love it when I have a good day.

I love it when I feel safe. I love it when I feel confident. I love it when I'm in the now. I love it when I allow my lifestyle to align with what I want. I love it when I'm allowing. I love it when I let go.

I love it when I feel light. I love it when I'm obsessed with my own work. I love it when I'm my reason for feeling good.

I love it when I'm inspired. I love it when I start the week off right. I love it when I take control of how I feel. I love it when I'm in control of my vibration.

I love it when I think "This is who I am. Deal with it." I love it when I accept myself the way I am. I love it when I love myself the way I am. I love it when I feel loved.




Dear Jessica,
Relax and breathe and smile. Life is taking care of you, right now! Just be easy. Let life flow through you. You can feel it. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. Step into this moment.

Life is on your side, always. Life is helping you, right now. Just relax and allow life to help you. Relax and allow yourself to be here now.

It's all unfolding perfectly. You're in the right place at the right time. You are doing everything right. You can relax now. Just breathe and smile. You are here for a reason!

Let go of how you think you "should" be. Let life guide you to who you already are. You already are perfect. You already are the way you want to be. You already are the best. You already are everything you want. You don't have to change a thing.

Step into this moment. Your only work is being present. You are getting better at it every day. You getting better at going with the flow every day. You are perfect. You don't have to change a thing. Love yourself how you are right now. You are god in human form, and every moment ever created led up to right now.

Trust the process of life. Trust that it was supposed to happen this way. Trust that life is taking care of you. Trust that it's all unfolding perfectly. Trust that you can let go. Trust that it's already the way you want it to be. You are so loved. Keep up the good work!
