Welcome to the now. Welcome to the most exciting day of your life. Welcome to the best moment of your life, right now. You created this moment. This moment is all for you.

Breathe in and know it's working.
Breathe out and smile.

Relax, surrender, let go. Let go. Let go. The only thing you're in control of is how you feel. Let go of everything else. You have no control. You gotta let go of control. Right now. Today. Let's do it together!

Breathe out and let go.

Whatever you're holding on to, it's only holding you back. Let it go and you can fly.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts.

Whatever you have to let go of, it's jut a recurring thought pattern. Something you think about more than you should. You can let go of it, whatever it is. Maybe it's about your health or your body or a relationship. You can let it go. You can stop thinking about it.

Breathe in and know it's easy.
Breathe out and step into this moment.

To let go, all you have to do is step into this moment. Stop thinking. It's really easy. There are no thoughts in the now. Thoughts take up space, but the Now is just a line with no space.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

You can let your thoughts go. You can let your thoughts go. It's ok to let your thoughts go. That's all this is! Deliberately choosing to let go of the thoughts that don't serve you. Choosing to be in the now instead of thinking. You don't need to be thinking about that stuff.

Breathe in and feel better!
Breathe out and relax.

When you let your thoughts go, when you stop thinking, you're not dumbing yourself down. You're not letting go of your intelligence. Because when you stop thinking, you feel better. When you feel better, you naturally attract better feeling thoughts. You can't help it. You can never permanently turn your mind off.

Breathe in and know you are the creator and you are in control..
Breathe out and feel your power.

THe more you let go the more it flows, and all that means is the more you can let go of your resistant thoughts, the better you will feel and the more life will conspire to take care of you. Well really the more you'll be able to see that it's already conspiring to take care of you. Life loves you! Life is helping you. To feel good now, just stop thinking! When you feel good now, you're a match to solutions and then you'll attract good feeling thoughts, the thoughts you want to be thinking. The solutions, the answers, the happy thoughts that give you good feelings.

It's those good feelings you created by letting go of resistant thoughts that attracts the solutions.

Breathe in and know it's easy.
Breathe out and know you don't have to change yourself or change anything.

You don't have to change your life or make big commitments or resolve to change. "I swear I'll do something different today! I swear I won't do that thing I always do that I hate that I do."

It's simpler. Just

Breathe in and be here now
Breathe out and don't think about anything else but right now. It's easy.

THere are a couple ways that I know that work to let go of resistant thoughts and put you in the now. You can try saying "I love myself" over and over or you can count.

Breathe in and know the answer is right in front of you.
Breathe out and let go. Let go. Let go. Let go.

Because the more you let go, the more it flows.
