Welcome to the Now. Clear your mind and be here now. Whatever you're doing. Just focus on that. For example, I'm a girl sitting in a chair. So I can think, "Girl sitting in a chair. Girl sitting in a chair." That's it and that's all that's going on in my Now, right now. Everything outside of the room that you're in is a story. You get to choose what you focus on.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and relax.

Let go. Whatever it is, let it go.

Breathe in and breathe in light.
Breathe out and release resistance.

Let life flow through you. Let life express itself through you.

Breathe in and be at ease.
Breathe out and remember it just doesn't matter.

Nothing really matters. Anyone could see. It's all just for fun. You have nothing to worry about. You're here to enjoy. What can you do to enjoy right now?

Breathe in and smile.
Breathe out and feel confident.

Life is taking care of you. Life is giving you what you wanted right now. Let your thoughts go and take what life is offering you, right now. You wanted this. Whatever you're current situation is you wanted this.
