Next week: To put all my focus on the SoLD subscription program. To be in the flow of doing my 13 things every day. To have a 7 day streak of sobriety and eating well. To be on good terms with my parents. To have fun with friends whilst sober. To get up at 10 every day. To watch less tv. To play with my kitties more.

To be halfway done with my memoir. To make a SoLD video where we do worksheet prompts. To give a gift. To share. To love myself more. To have the most fun I've ever had. To have butterflies! To have a new income opportunity. To count to 10,000 every day.

Next month: By September 1, I would love 10 new SoLD subscribers. I WOULD LOVE THAT. I want the SoLD subscription to be cooler. I want it to be sexy and fun. I want it to be glowing. I want people to blog about it. I want it to sell itself. I want it to be a wild success. I want to focus on the School more! I want lessons. I want more, higher quality materials. I want spend 30 minutes a day tweaking the subscription program.

I want to feel slimmer and fit into my Nike skirt. I want to be squatting 2 bigs. I want to go up to a medium and small on my biceps. I want to be able to do one chin up unassisted by rubber band. I want to write a complete song with Kelly for our Tina Trapner band.

I want to become a better sales girl. I want easy in the flow ways to sell my work. I want to adore my work. I want to be obsessed with the School. I want to put my whole soul into the School. I want to push it farther than I can imagine. I want to channel everything into that project. I want it to blow my mind. I want it to win awards. I want it to help people. I want it to help me.

6 months: By February 2014, I want 200 new SoLD subscribers. I want a big project that pays a fat check. Like a book deal or a weekly column in a magazine or newspaper. I want to sell 10,000 copies of DTFB. I want 2000 people in the SoLD FB group. I want to perform with my hoop and Astrojax. I want to do guided meditations in person with people. I want to get paid for my meditations. I want my meditations to get better and better. I want to do them live. I want to take them farther than ever.

I want to help more people get websites. I want to help 100 people get a website set up. I want to run 5 miles straight through, at 9:00/mile.

I want to be doing Les Mills training. I want to be an instructor. I want to be a prominent figure in the conscious creation community. I want to do mindblowing work with the School. I want the School to have more in person things. I want the School to be greater than I can imagine. I want to take the School to new levels. I want to truly help people. I want the School to pay all of my bills and expenses.

I want to play a show! I want to perform music, hoop, Astrojax and meditation.

1 year: I want to have a Pump class. I want to teach the School of Life Design in person. I want to have a regular hoop/music/meditation gig. I want to be invited to speak about the School. I want to publish at least 2 new books. I want the School subscription to be hotter than Lisa Frank. I want to be totally open and transparent. I want to be in the flow machine with teaching.

I want to regularly volunteer. I want to do counseling. I want to be a therapist or coach. I want to help. I want to give.

5 years: Pump class. Combat class. Flow class. Hoop/meditation/music shows to 1000s. To perform like a big deal. To be a performer. To use performance to teach SoLD. To sell SoLD subscriptions through performance. To have a NYT bestseller. To meditate an hour a day.

Let's condense that shall we?

Today: To be my reason for feeling good, ALL DAY. To go to bed feeling amazing.
Tomorrow: To take action to improve the SoLD subscription.
Next week: To be in the flow with my 13 things.
Next month: To have 10 new SoLD subs. To go up on my squats and biceps and pullups and pushups. To channel meditation/music/hooping/performance into the School. To be teaching.
6 months: Les Mills training. SoLD subscription hotter than Lisa Frank. Performance creation.
1 year: In the flow of teaching: SoLD, Les Mills.
5 years: In the flow of performing.

So what I'm hearing is this:
I want to be my reason for feeling good. In top physical form teaching group fitness. In top spiritual form teaching the School of Life Design through performance, books and tools. In top mental/business form with income from SoLD subscription, book and tool sales.

Then just do your work. Start right now. Eat right. Exercise (you've got that going on bossa nova). Do your 13 things every single day. Work on the SoLD subscription. You're getting there. It's all coming. Your plan is now in motion. Keep up the good work!
