Breathe in and see how far you've come.
Breathe out and trust that you're in the right place at the right time.

It's getting easier to be present and to let negative thoughts go. It's getting so much easier! Every time you notice a negative thought, you drop it. You're doing a great job.

Every day, you're more attractive, you're lighter, you're more fun, you're brighter. All of the darkness and contrast that you've been through has lead up to right now where you're shining in the light. This is your time. The best is yet to come.

Breathe out and let go of your fears. Let go of your negativity.

No matter what happens, if you have a crush on yourself, you always have that thing that makes you feel good. Even if you get in a fight with your parents, if you're broke, if you're sick, if you're dumped. No matter what, if you like yourself, you can feel good right now.

Breathe out and know it's getting easier every day to fall in love with yourself.

Decide to be your reason for feeling good today. At every opportunity, look in the mirror, look down at your hands and think "I am so into myself! I am so excited to be me! I am so excited I get to do this! I'm doing my best work. I'm helping people. I'm succeeding. I feel good about myself. I'm smokin hot. I'm exciting and interesting and fun and wild and carefree and I don't care!"
