To live an abundant life, you have to let go of your fear, and replace it with gratitude.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and let go.

You can let your fears go. You can stop worrying. You can practice feeling grateful instead.

Breathe in and be aware of your thoughts.
Breathe out and know that you are not your thoughts.

Life loves you. Life is taking care of you. And this life is just for fun. It's easy to feel gratitude for the life that you live. It's already so perfect. You have water to drink, food to eat, a home to live in. You have people who love you and who will help you. You have your connection to source. You have contrast which creates what you want. You have a physical body to sense the world with.

Breathe in and be aware of the miracle around you.
Breathe out and focus on your breath.

You can feel abundant right now.

Appreciation for the things you have is a good practice, but the best practice is to appreciate right now. What can you appreciate about right now?

One way is to focus on your breath. Breathe in and say "thank you for this breath"
