Today, decide to not care. Decide to let go. Make the choice to feel good no matter what.The more you let go, the more it flows. Any time a resistant thought comes up in your mind, just say I don't care. I'm letting that go.

The less you care, the easier life becomes. When you care about things, you allow yourself to get emotionally attached to form. But all form is impermanent, so when that form is gone, you'll feel bad. So just release your emotional attachment by saying I don't care. I love it!

Breathe in and smile.
Breathe out and let go.

I don't care. I don't care. I don't care about what my family thinks about me. I don't care about my negative thoughts. I don't care that I'm stressed. I don't care that I'm worried. I don't care that I'm annoyed. I don't care. It doesn't matter.

Breathe in and feel relief!
Breathe out and relax.

It doesn't matter. You get to choose how you feel. Let go of your caring. Let go of your attachment. Let go of thinking that the outcome has to be a certain way. Let go of the way you think things should be. Let go of caring about anything except what's happening right in front of you.

The more you can stop caring, the lighter you'll feel. Have a negative thought about your body? I don't care! I don't care. It's not worth caring about. Negative thought about a person in your life? I don't care! I don't care enough to let that bother me. It's not worth feeling bad about. Nothing is worth feeling bad about.

Breathe in and smile.
Breathe out and know that life really can be easy for you. When you don't care life is easy. How can it be hard if you don't care about anything?

Nothing matters. When you stop caring, you're life won't fall apart. It will only get better, because you'll be open to what life is trying to give you instead of caring about what you don't have.

Breathe in and feel your power.
Breathe out and make the choice right now to let go.

Nothing matters. You're just here for fun. You can relax now, because you're not obligated to care. You're not obligated to feel bad. You're under no obligation to feel stress about anything. Trust the process of life. Trust that you can let go. You can let go. Just let go.

If nothing else, just practice letting go. It will get easier and easier.

You're letting go more than ever. Life is taking care of you, so you have nothing to worry about.
