Welcome to Tuesday Tips, my weekly guide to stepping into the present. This time I have one simple suggestion: attach a visualization to your breath.
When you breathe in, imagine that you are pulling in bright light into the crown of your head. That light is prana, or life energy. I like to think of it as breathing in love and superpowers.
When you breathe out, imagine letting go of your negative thoughts and emotions in the form of tetrahedrons.
Focusing on your breath is a great way to stay present (not thinking about past or future). This visualization in particular helps me feel powerful and light. It feels like I am genuinely calling on a higher power. It also helps me notice how much resistance I carry around.
